Also, it is interactive. That is, you are able to add to the site. For example, share your favorite recipes and try some new ones; advertise baby sitting service available or needed, mow a lawn or need yours mowed, want to sell some of that clutter; post a lost and found or maybe you are looking for a neighbor who shares an interest in a hobby so you can get together, even start a club. What you add will not appear immediately, since every submission is screened to keep the site “family friendly”. I hope you will understand and appreciate this precaution. Certainly there will also be a need to do some “spring cleaning” from time to time to keep the site reasonably current. The classified ads in particular, will have an expiration date. The site URL address was selected specifically to make it easy to recall. Though I do hope you will bookmark it, or even better, make it your homepage. The site was not designed to be the official website of the Homeowners Association, although provisions have been made to accommodate its use by the management company and board. It can, or may be, where forms, deed restrictions, general information, even a copy of the news letter may be posted.
